The Meditative One, Looking for the Light Within

Drug addiction is often described as a deep, lonely, painful walk
into darkness. Oum el-Nour is committed through its rehabilitation
programs at helping individuals who struggle with drug addiction to
find a path from desperation to hope, from darkness to light. In my
personal practice of meditation I have experienced moments of
solace, serenity and joy. The meditative one has moved its head
inside not out of fear as it used to do, but in a moment of
meditation, to look for the light within.
